This Return Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the services we provide.
Our services consist of professional installation, configuration, and setup of smart devices and home automation systems. Unlike physical products, our services are delivered through the expertise and labor of our technicians. Once a service has been performed, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we offer various remedies to address any concerns you may have about the services provided.
We guarantee that all services will be performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard practices and procedures. Our team is trained to handle various smart device brands and systems, ensuring proper installation and configuration. We test all installations before completion to verify that everything functions as intended.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure that you are satisfied with the final result.
We provide a warranty on our installation and configuration services for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. During this warranty period, if you experience any issues directly related to our installation or configuration work, we will return to address and correct the problem at no additional charge.
This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and errors in configuration. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse of equipment, modifications made by others, or problems with the devices themselves that are covered by manufacturer warranties.
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment without penalty if you provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate for scheduling and preparation costs.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule. No cancellation fees will apply when we initiate the cancellation.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by correcting any problems or addressing your concerns through additional service visits.
If we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Factors considered in refund decisions include the nature of the issue, whether we had an opportunity to correct the problem, and the extent of services already provided.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Our services involve the installation and configuration of smart devices and equipment. We do not sell devices directly, and any devices installed are either provided by you or purchased separately through authorized retailers. Returns or exchanges of physical devices must be handled according to the return policy of the retailer or manufacturer from whom they were purchased.
If a device is found to be defective during or after installation, we will assist you in identifying the issue and can help facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer. However, we are not responsible for defects in the devices themselves or for processing returns of equipment to manufacturers or retailers.
If you wish to modify or expand services after the initial installation, additional charges may apply. We will provide a quote for any additional work before proceeding. Changes to the scope of work during an active service appointment may result in adjusted pricing based on the additional time and materials required.
We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns amicably and efficiently. If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation provides an opportunity for neutral third-party assistance in reaching an agreement.
This Return Policy applies only to services provided directly by Kneephpolish. It does not cover third-party services, products purchased from other vendors, or issues arising from factors beyond our control such as internet service provider problems, power outages, or device manufacturer defects.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or other indirect losses resulting from service issues.
